Standard Delivery: Standard Delivery comes at no extra cost and is applicable to orders delivered to England, Scotland, and Wales. For delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, and the Highlands, separate quotes are required based on the specific products you intend to order. Our sales team is readily available to assist you in arranging these deliveries. We take pride in offering free delivery as part of our commitment to providing value and quality service. Our dedicated team, both internally and externally, work diligently to ensure a hassle-free logistics process for your convenience.
Delivery Planning: Upon confirmation of your order, our delivery partners will communicate with you via text message or email to propose a delivery date. Should this date be inconvenient, you have the option to decline and an alternative date will be provided. To ensure effective coordination, please liaise directly with the delivery partner once contact has been established. This ensures clarity and alignment among all involved parties.
Delivery Timing: Deliveries are scheduled between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday. Please ensure your availability within this timeframe if you have confirmed a delivery date. This flexibility allows for a successful and timely delivery process.
Failed Deliveries: If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from accepting the scheduled delivery, kindly notify our haulier at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Failure to communicate within this timeframe may result in a re-delivery charge. We emphasize that this charge is applicable only if the delivery failure is not attributed to Solamans or our delivery partner. In case you opt to cancel your order following a failed delivery, the failed delivery charge will be deducted from your refundable amount.
VIP Delivery Service: Elevating Your Experience For exclusive furniture orders, our VIP Delivery Service offers a premium experience. This service includes specialized two-man delivery, product assembly, and the removal of packaging. To benefit from this exceptional service, select the VIP Delivery option during checkout. Our customer care team is available to coordinate this service in advance, ensuring a seamless process tailored to your needs.
VIP Delivery Eligibility and Conditions: Please note that the VIP Delivery Service is available exclusively for qualifying furniture items. It is not applicable to the delivery of select products such as Artificial Green Walls, Lighting, Gazebo's, Parasols, Log Stores, Grill's & BBQ's, or individual accessories. While Fire Pit Garden Furniture can be assembled as part of the VIP Delivery Service, any gas connections remain the customer's responsibility.
